ZOE NEEDS A LIFT TO WYOMING NOW!!!!

Dear friends: We have just received word that a sweet, 5-year-old spayed, purebred Blue Heeler is in a horrible situation at home and may be taken to a kill shelter right after Thanksgiving unless we can find safe haven. I just got word that the poor dog is living in a city condominium with no fenced yard – spends 8-10 hours a day confined to a crate five days a week - and owner’s work hours are increasing so she is spending even less time with the dog. The dog has been steadily deteriorating in its environment – once housebroken, she is reverting to urinating in the house and is moody and unpredictable, according to the owner. This is sheer torture to keep an active, working breed in a city condominium, crated excessive amounts of time, without proper access to outside or to doing what they loved to do – herd! If you can provide safe haven for this sweet dog, please contact Emily at PAWS Rescue, 608-772-3268, pawsrescue911@yahoo.com immediately! We only have a few days left!

Zoe found her forever owner in Cody, Wyoming! With the awesome help of Denis Mulstein, volunteer pilot from Pilots for Pets, he flew Zoe from Rochester, MN to Denver, CO over the weekend. She will be driven to her final home later this week. Thanks, Denis and Pilots for Paws!
